In addition to a remote, the Model VSE comes with a pre-installed concealed motor, control system and two rain sensors and is pre-wired for sunscreening accessories. And installation is simple because unlike other motorized skylights, the model VSE using a single hard wire that connects into a standard junction box.

The Model VSE also comes with a select wood frame and sash, insect screen, and aluminum or copper cladding.
